Unfortunately the Hilton Sydney doesn’t share the aspirations of their Adelaide counterpart. The First Star thinks this hotel seems determined to rush their workers onto a new WorkChoices contract and deny staff the opportunity to negotiate collectively.
Hilton says they want to be different to the other big hotel chains but their actions haven’t convinced The First Star. We think they are providing just more of the same
